Seven stages. No surprises.
We work in clear stages, in order. You always know where you are, what comes next, and what it costs before it starts — no black box, and nothing you didn’t agree to.
Prepare

Before we meet, we learn your world.
We do our homework before any contact: your business, your tools, your sector and its rules — and a working idea of where time is leaking. The first conversation should feel like we already get it, because we already do.
We learn how your business actually runs.
One focused conversation: we walk one core journey end to end — who touches it, where it stalls, what gets retyped. You do most of the talking. Then a short set of questions for you and a few key people, answered in your own time. From it we build a clear picture of how your work moves day to day.
We show you what we found.
We walk you through what we learned, where the opportunities are, and the one place we would start — and why. You will recognise your business immediately, and probably notice a few things you had stopped seeing. Then we ask for one decision, and only one: do you want to see the proposal.
We propose one clear outcome.
You get a clear document: what we would build, what it would do for you, what it costs, and how we will know it worked. Short — a few pages that lead with the outcome, not a deck. It stays your reference point for the whole engagement.
Discovery is a fixed fee and the proposal is the product — a document you own whether or not you go on to build. Proceed within thirty days and the fee comes off the cost of the build.
HOW WE CHARGE →We build it around how you already work.
We build in-house and keep you close. The work fits over how your business already runs rather than forcing you to change around it. One workflow, not an architecture: we aim for one real result that works before we ever discuss the second.
We prove it before anything goes live.
Nothing touches your real systems until it has proven itself. The system runs alongside your real work in a safe environment — your team testing it on real tasks, us fixing what needs fixing. Only when it has earned its place does it go live. Even then, the AI suggests; your team decides.
A demo can't surprise you; your real work can. Running the system against real tasks, with no production impact, is how friction and errors surface before they can cost you anything. No production without sandbox — every time.
HOW YOU STAY IN CONTROL →We stay, so it keeps working.
The tools your system depends on keep changing — models update, services change, things that worked last month need adjusting. We stay involved so it stays reliable without you having to think about it: a monthly check-in, and a system that keeps earning its keep.
Stage one has already started.
By the time we first speak, we will already understand your world. The next step is yours: one focused conversation about how your business actually runs.
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. The proposal is yours to keep either way.
